Join Slow Food Kansas City for a midsummer afternoon of handcrafted cocktails and small plates featuring local ingredients and local talent.
J.K. O’Hanlon (AKA Thirsty Jane or Jane Kurtz), local author of 3 Ingredient Cocktails will be creating and demoing cocktails.  You’ll also receive a copy of Janes’ book!
Gifted local chef Chef Charles d’Ablaing of Chaz on the Plaza (see the review in the Pitch)
will be showing us how to make one of the small plates he is serving.  Chef Charles has generously agreed to give attendees a 15% discount on dinner in the dining room that night (food and beverage).
Attendance for this event is limited to 25 lucky individuals.
